Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free worldwide shipping. For US orders, sales tax and import charges are included, with import charges borne by Tiny Paw Studio. No additional tax is currently added at checkout. For destinations outside the US, please contact us before ordering to confirm how local taxes and import charges are handled. Review the total before confirming payment in PayPal. An order is paid only when payment is confirmed, not simply when a PayPal window is opened.

Your custom piece

Custom pet charms are handmade using your pet’s reference photo. Pet portrait wall art is available as DIY paint-by-number or a finished spray-printed portrait. Contact us with your order reference to provide your pet photo and preferred theme. Results can vary; the photos and dimensions on the product page describe the selected edition.

The Tiny Paw Promise

Before your custom piece ships, we send you a photo. Not quite your pet? We’ll adjust it — up to 2 times, free. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t match the photo you approved, we’ll remake it at no cost. Adjustments may change the dispatch timing. The Promise does not change the custom-order refund terms below and does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Making and delivery

Non-custom pet charms dispatch in 3–4 days. Custom pet charms take approximately 15 days to make before dispatch. Estimated US transit for pet charms is about 14 days after dispatch, in addition to preparation or production. Pet portrait wall art has separate preparation and delivery details on its product and checkout pages; the charm timelines do not apply to portraits. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We accept delivery addresses worldwide with free shipping. For destinations outside the US, contact us before ordering for a delivery estimate. If we cannot meet a stated dispatch time, we will contact you about the delay and applicable cancellation or refund options.

Pet portrait orders

DIY paint-by-number includes a numbered canvas, paints and brushes. Finished portraits are spray-printed. The backboard edition includes a solid wood backboard and velvet fabric edging; the deluxe edition adds a decorative outer frame. Artwork preview is within 24 hours, with supplier dispatch within 48 hours if no changes are requested; revisions may change dispatch timing. International transit varies by destination; contact us before ordering for an estimate. Portrait orders are non-refundable once placed, except where required by applicable law. If a portrait arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference to arrange a replacement.

Wardrobe accessories

Dog goggles are sold by the selected shape, appearance and size. Framed styles are $25; frameless styles are $30. Compare the matching size chart before ordering. The lenses are PC (polycarbonate). Frame and strap materials and lens protection specifications remain unconfirmed; no protection rating is promised. The preparation, delivery and 30-day unused return rules in this section also apply to dog goggles.

Choose one pet hat, one adult hat, or a matching set containing one of each. Clothing shown in styling photographs is not included. Pet sizes use the supplier’s fit guides; adult size F is a supplier size code, not a one-size-fits-all promise. Material composition and exact head and neck measurements remain unconfirmed; contact us before ordering if these are important to your choice.

Preparation is 3–4 days before dispatch, with free worldwide shipping. Estimated US transit is about 14 days after dispatch. Other destinations’ transit and local charges should be checked with us before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates.

For cat-ear hats, request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and complete with original packaging, tags and accessories. Contact us with your order reference before returning anything. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind or size; we cover necessary return or replacement shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Exchanges depend on stock. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Non-custom charm returns

Request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@tinypawstudio.com with your order reference. The customer pays return shipping. Contact us for the return instructions and return address before sending an item back. This return window does not limit your rights for damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders under applicable law.

Custom cancellations and returns

Custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation, returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders

Email hello@tinypawstudio.com with your order reference and details of the issue so we can review it. Include photos where relevant. Your rights under applicable law and PayPal’s applicable buyer protections remain unaffected.
